Beginning yoga may be challenging, especially taking that first step to arrive for your initial class. Here at Yogahaven we appreciate that and therefore do all we can to help you have the best possible experience.
Like any new challenging activity, it can take time to understand the exercises and the benefit of each asana. Perhaps the warmer temperature of the Hot Yoga class may take time for you to adjust, or the fluid pace and sequence of Astanga you feel a little lost but after few classes, with some patience and a little dedication the science of yoga gradually unfolds. Nearly all our classes suitable for beginners to yoga - refer to schedule. Why not try all styles and see what suits you the best!
We also have a variety of workshops at weekends to enhance your personal development
If you build up a regular practise within one discipline we encourage you to sometimes take other classes to balance your practise emotionally as well as physically.
All our teachers are passionate practitioners. They have all undergone intensive training and are fully certified to teach. They are here to guide you through your practice and answer any questions you may have about specific poses.
Please feel free to speak to the teacher after class if you have any questions or concerns.
A good teacher and the right practice can significantly contribute to your enjoyment, growth, and understanding.
